Mia Fehrenbach

Attorney

Biography

Before attending law school, Mia spent five years working as a Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher and as a public-school administrator. This experience instilled in her a deep sense of patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively in emotionally charged situations – qualities that translate seamlessly to the practice of family law.

“I’ve always been drawn to helping families find stability and clarity during transitions,” Mia says. “My mom practiced family law for more than 35 years, so I grew up seeing firsthand the impact a compassionate and skilled attorney can make in people’s lives. That example, combined with my background in education, inspired me to pursue a legal career focused on guiding families through difficult situations.”

Mia earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 2017 and her Master of Science in Education from the Johns Hopkins University School of Education in 2020. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2025. Mia is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Women Lawyers Organization, and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas.
